Job Summary

In this role, you will be leading technical design, development, and implementation of Nuacem AI’s conversational AI platform. You will coordinate with Lead backend and front-end developers, Lead NLP and Data Science Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Automation Test Leads and Architects, in a fast-moving, collaborative set up. Apply knowledge and expertise of deep learning technologies to improve our software prototypes and analytic models. In this role, you will also analyze the requirements and provide impact assessment for new features or bug fixes. You will perform low-level design and estimation and build and integrate complex software according to functional and technical design specifications

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Taking responsibility and convert architecture & feature requirements into code.
  • Should be a hands-on coder across full-stack development.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering scalable complex technical products, which includes working in fast-paced startup(s).
  • Fin-Tech and/or AI / NLP domain experience would be highly appreciated, though not required.
  • Strong adherence to best practices and experience in implementation strategies.
  • Expertise in Python JavaScript and Node.js (Proficient with MEAN and MERN stack)
  • Hands-on experience in Node.JS / Express.JS / Hapi.js / Koa.js (or any other Web Framework), NoSQL DBs and Relational Database (preferably MySQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to Architect Android and IOS applications
  • Hands-on experience in Jest or other Javascript testing frameworks
