Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer with experience in Node.js, web services, and server-side development.
In this role, you will analyze business requirements, collaborate with different business teams, and contribute to the solution design process. You will work with Node.js, NoSQL databases, and related technologies as part of the core development team, developing server-side APIs and components. You will also contribute to application scalability and database infrastructure improvements.
Experience Range

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and maintain high-traffic, real-time enterprise applications.

Follow Agile methodologies, apply software design patterns, and use software version control systems.

Contribute to application scaling and database infrastructure improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support solution design.

Develop and maintain server-side APIs and components.

Work in an innovative and collaborative development environment.
Must-Have Skills

Experience with Node.js and familiarity with relevant technologies such as jQuery, Backbone.js, Underscore.js, Redis, CouchDB, MongoDB, or WebSockets.

Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.

Hands-on experience in server-side programming, independent of the technology used.

Strong understanding of code documentation and technical handover practices.

Understanding of web services and server-side application development.
Other Skills

Experience with Git version control.

Contributions to open-source projects are an added advantage.
