Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Drive full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

Strategic Talent Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and AI-powered recruitment tools to attract top-tier candidates.

Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of applicants technical competencies and cultural alignment with Nuacem AI.

Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create hiring strategies, and ensure seamless hiring experiences.

Employer Branding & Outreach: Enhance Nuacem AIs employer brand by engaging with universities, participating in job fairs, and building online recruitment presence.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain accurate records, generate insights from recruitment metrics, and continuously refine hiring strategies.

Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to hiring policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring best practices.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment, preferably in AI, machine learning, SaaS, or related technology sectors.

Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, and software development roles to effectively screen and assess candidates.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with potential candidates.

Proficiency in Sourcing Tools: Expertise in using various sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and AI-powered recruitment software.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess hiring trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven recruitment decisions.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
